photo that most appeals to you. Now look at the meaning.
Meanings of this game:
If you picked 1, you may want to
feel more relaxation and comfort. Read on.
1. Lavender plant
Lavender flower and leaves are well
known for their soothing, relaxing feeling they give you when you inhale their
fragrance.
Uses: Tea, spice mixtures,
healing, and relaxation.
Healing aspect-would be to wear this
fragrance (real essential oil) for facing many anxieties and fears in one's
life.
If you expect to be facing a fear of
yours in the day or night such as (airplane rides, traffic, aggressive boss,
night fears, etc.) or feeling anxious/strung-up/stress, wear a bit of
Lavender.
Mix Lavender essential oil
with a carrier oil. Use 3 drops of essential oil to 2 teaspoons of any
oil-Olive oil, Sweet Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, etc. Can be
applied to face and/or body.
You can also, instead of wearing it,
place on a handkerchief to sniff at times of stress/fear. Just keep it in
a plastic baggy.

If you picked 2, you may want to
have more love in your life.
2. Rose flower
Rose flowers are also well known for
their beautiful, sensual fragrances. Pure love when one smells these old-time
favorites. Smelling a fragrant rose opens your Heart chakra. Thus,
you are more open to love.
Uses: tea (rose hips),
potpourri, healing, balancing the Heart chakra, and love.
Healing aspect; Rose attar
(essential oil of Rose Otto) is used to help harmonize the person, bringing
balance and well-being back. Rose attar with it's soothing, sensual
fragrance helps to heal the wounds of the Heart. Rose attar is used to help
the Heart chakra to open.
Mix Rose Attar with a carrier oil,
always. Try 3 drops of essential oil to 2 teaspoons of a carrier oil such
as Sweet Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil, etc.
To help the Heart chakra, apply a
few drops of the mixture directly on to your Heart chakra.
Wear as a perfume to help you every
day to re-balance.
If you picked 3, you may want to
have more energy/vitality.
3. Peppermint leaves
Peppermint is also well known.
Peppermint tends to have a "wake-me up feel" when smelled/tasted.
Uses: teas, potpourri, spice
mixtures, flavorings, candy, etc.
Healing aspect: Peppermint has
been known to help with digestion problems. It is a digestive aid.
Sucking on a Peppermint leaf or a Peppermint candy with real Peppermint
flavoring in it can aid in digestion, stopping heart burn.
Peppermint is also good for breaking
up blockages in the Third-eye chakra.
It is a stimulant for the mind
helping with concentration. So, if you've been feeling
down/tired/sluggish, try to use Peppermint every day.
If used as a chakra rub or perfume,
mix 3 drops of the Peppermint essential oil with 2 teaspoons of carrier
oil. Apply directly on to the Third-eye chakra, being careful not to drip
oil mixture into the eyes.

Fragrances have a big impact on our
whole being.
Do you remember going to Grandma's
house and walking into the wonderful smell of ...........?
For me, my grandma always made
Swedish Rye bread and gave loaves of it away to all the relatives. Wow,
what an awesome smell. To this day, I think of my grandma and warm
feelings whenever I make this recipe.
Cinnamon tends to have a big impact
on most of us. The smell brings to mind our moms and grandmas, especially
during the winter holidays.
It isn't a big surprise to see so
many Cinnamon air products to buy around the holidays, such as Cinnamon
candles, Cinnamon Potpourri, Cinnamon air fresheners, and so on.
Fragrances have a big effect on our
brains. Fragrances that we smelled while growing up will bring us right
back to that experience when we smell it again.
Happy experiences are always welcome.
But how about the negative experiences? Also, a positive. By using
the fragrance or smell that brings you back to a negative experience, you can
sit with the negative emotions, feeling them with no judgement, and gently
releasing them-Letting them go for good. This is how we heal ourselves-by
accepting the experience happened, forgiving yourself and others, accepting to
feel our old emotions that we pushed down, and allowing ourselves to let go of
them.
Thus, fragrances that we have
smelled or haven't smelled yet can help us to heal and alter our
moods/emotions.
**Note, always use real essential
oils. Essential oils that are only marked as fragrances or mixtures are
not real essential oils. These fake oils are not healing. In fact,
many contain ingredients that can add to Estrogen dominance. (Never a good
thing for women or men.)
***Note, always mix your essential
oil with a carrier oil. If the 3 drops to 2 teaspoons of oil is not
strong enough, try 6 drops to 2 teaspoons.

own experiences with my own inventions to heal as well.

I have used all procedures I have
written about and have found them to be helpful as tools to help myself become
a better person. I am sharing them with you because used as a
tool, they are helpful in Shadow working on ourselves. (Shadow
working is healing our inner shadows that are unconscious or subconscious. Inner
shadows are our belief systems, our thoughts, our behaviors, our life
experiences.)
I created this blog for my Reiki
clients originally. Combining these tools with Reiki creates a
happy, healthy person. These tools, when used alone are also
beneficial!
