Change III
Change, we all go through it from time to time.
When we are asked to
change in one form or another, it can be rather fearful!
How do we know it is
time to change?
My thought is:
We need to change when
we are not happy doing what we do for a job, day after day.
It is time to move on
from a relationship when we go against “who we are” preserving the
relationship. Abuse in any form (emotional, physical, mental),
giving all your time/energy/attention to the one you are in a relationship
with, living against your beliefs, feeling invisible, etc.
It is time to change
when the apartment we live in is causing us too much stress due to loud
neighbors.
It is time to change
when we no longer can thoroughly take care of our house, we live in.
It is time to change
when all we do is speak and think negatively.
It is time to change
when we notice the people who are around us: Never answer our calls anymore,
look glassed-eyed & sleepy when we speak to them, look uncomfortable around
us, and/or complain of a stomach-ache or feeling sick every time we speak to
them.
It is time to change
when we feel full of fear.
It is time to change
when we feel Less-than to other people.
It is time to change
when we feel inadequate in any way to other people.
It is time to change
when we define ourselves as a certain emotion, such as
Depression. Example-My family has depression in it; thus, I go into
depression. And so, this person defines themselves as a Depressed
person needing to go on an Anti-depressive medicine the first sign of any
grief.
It is time to change
when the Universe takes away what we have worked hard for in the past years.
It is time to change
when the Universe comes forward and shares to us, there is more to this world
than meets the eye.
It is time to change
when we do not feel seen or appreciated.
There are so many times
we are asked to change in our lives, whether it be our perceptions, our
beliefs, our actions, our emotions, or even our physical locality.
Change is
good! Change helps us to get back on to our spiritual chosen
paths. In life, it may not seem like we know what we are doing
(consciously), but our Higher selves, Christs, God, Universe knows.
So, when we are asked to
change, allow. Allow the experience, flow with it, and accept it.
If we do this, there
will be pain. But if we do not do this, there will be pain and suffering.
Yep, it is hard at
times, but it will eventually be way better for you and me. Accept
and allow the change. After all, our Higher selves/Christs/God/ Universe
knows exactly what we need.

my Reiki clients originally. Combining these tools with Reiki
creates a happy, healthy person. These tools, when used alone are
also beneficial!
