Arming My Child to Succeed

With the world in chaos, whether it's war or weather, people are in stress. Not only adults are stressed-out, but also children.

As parents we try to protect our children from the world so they are happy and healthy. But no matter how much we try to protect them, they still are faced with: Abusive behaviors, bullying, racism, haters, religious discrimination, culture discrimination, and an overwhelm of negative emotions in their lives.

 How is this possible?

Not only are their wars in the world, but there are war zones right in front and among each child. The war zones of being bullied, excluded, rejected, dysfunctional relationships, and abused in the school systems, church, on the streets, the internet: children, adults, hate bots, hateful AI creations, and among our own families.

Scary isn’t it!

Maybe one way to “arm” our children is to teach them how to be logical in times of high, emotional events instead of following theirs’s and others’ high emotions.

Emotions are catchy! On the internet, there has been times that other countries have used “Hate bots” to create negativity and chaos in other countries. People pick-up on others’ emotions even by being by another who is yelling angry words at someone else. Just by being in the room, everyone around that person who is yelling angry words will be affected with anger in one way or another. Next time, watch everyone’s reactions when this happens.

How do we teach our children to be partially logical and partially emotional?

I feel we need to teach them how to meditate.

Meditation helps to calm the nervous system. Meditation helps a person to be able to watch their own emotions and others’ emotions without following their emotions. Meditation teaches a person to be in the present moment more often.

Meditation helps a person to find their inner selves and to learn who they are.

Meditation thus can help a person have confidence and total acceptance in who you are.

Meditation also can help calm anxieties, high blood pressure, and more.

Meditation can be taught to a child even as young as maybe 3 years old, depending on their personality.

How do we start meditating?

To start meditating, the child starts off slowly by sitting for maybe 3 minutes.

No thoughts wondering in their heads, non-crossed legs, non-crossed arms, no interruptions, and no laying down. If 3 minutes is too much, then try 1 minute for each day throughout the week.

Another way to “arm” the child against stress, is to teach them about their energy system- Chakras, their auras, and so forth work. (Link below)

This might be too much for a 3-year-old to understand, but there are ways you can make it fun for them and also teach them this.

I say this because every person in the world, including children, have the ability to “do” Natural Reiki.

You ask, “What???”

Every person in the world is made up of layers of energy. (Aura and the physical body.) And each person is one with the Divine-spirit. (Higher-Self) Our auras are part Spiritual body, Physical body, and Emotional body.

It is a Divine gift for each person to be able to place their hands on themselves or others, to feel better, with healing spiritual energy emitting from their hands.

Think of when a child falls down and gets a hurt knee. What is their instinct?

They instinctively will place their hands on the hurt area and feel their emotions.

In other words, they hold on to the hurt and they cry, feeling the pain from the knee and from their hurt feelings. They are giving their hurt area their loving, natural healing energy to feel better and to heal. They are focusing their natural healing energy where it is needed in that moment.

 

You ask, “Then why would I go to see a Reiki practitioner if I can give natural Reiki to myself?”

Natural Reiki is a God-given right for each person.

A Reiki practitioner will also have this Natural Reiki in them. But with their education and practice, they are able to focus a much stronger dose of healing spiritual energy to themselves or others. Thus, the healing is stronger, more focused, and specialized at times.

If we teach our children how to focus their own Natural Reiki spiritual energy for themselves in time of need- stress- the child will be able to use this to be more calm, positive, more confident, and more accepting of who they are as a person and not allow others to define who they are.

The child can help themselves if they feel physical pain and emotional pain. Thus, Natural Reiki and meditation can be ways for a child to positively cope with stress of physical pain AND emotional pain they come face to face with every day while they grow up. Emotional overwhelm and depression maybe lessened in children with these tools due to having a better understanding of who they are, their own emotions, and having tools to fall back on to cope.

Natural Reiki and mediation are tools that we offer our children to “arm” themselves while they slowly enter society as individuals.

How do we teach them Natural Reiki?

They already know Natural Reiki without realizing it.

 But you can tell them they have a God-given gift that helps them to feel better.

With their hands placed on the area that hurts, or if emotional healing is needed then over their heart, they will, with God’s help, feel better by receiving their own Natural Reiki spiritual healing energy.

Holding their hands on an area for about 3 minutes can help the child feel better.

You can introduce this as a game for the child.

The child practicing Natural Reiki and meditation over time, will develop confidence, trust, and love in themselves.  

Isn’t it time you “arm” your child so they can be more confident, loving, and accepting for themselves and others in this world?
