Generational Hurts

 Fearful beliefs and fearful emotional patterns are handed down to new family generations. Each new generation’s energy changes from joyful, kind, confident, & loving to projecting fear. Soon the baby becomes like the parent following all the fearful beliefs and emotional patterns. It’s up to you to identify these fearful beliefs and fearful emotional patterns and heal them.

I am forgiving the past and I heal now for myself. Thus, I break the family generational fearful emotional patterns and beliefs for my own family.

I created this blog for my Reiki clients originally.  Combining these tools with Reiki creates a happy, healthy person.  These tools, when used alone are also beneficial!
